Equipment Delivery Rules
Dear Dealers,
Thank you for your purchase from the SPORT DEPOT store chain!
Please read carefully these rules for the delivery of equipment purchased from Sport Depot JSC!
- Delivery of equipment is a free service for dealers for devices worth over 1,600 BGN including VAT (wholesale prices).
- It is recommended that each dealer complete assembly and service training from the Sport Depot Central Service Center to properly service products sold to end customers.
- Dealers may also use the services of the Sport Depot Central Service Center according to the Price List below.
- Assembly of the purchased equipment by a dealer is performed within 3 to 10 working days from the purchase date (Monday to Friday), during working hours 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM. The customer will be informed one day prior to delivery about the visit time by the Service Department.
- Sport Depot JSC is not responsible for hidden transport damages. The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt for visible defects and make a claim in the presence of a staff member.
- The dealer pays a handling fee when the equipment cannot be transported (carried) to the customer’s door using an elevator or if the location is hard to access (attics, basements, spiral staircases, etc.).
- Carrying fee per floor for equipment up to 80 kg: 6.00 BGN;
- Carrying fee per floor for equipment over 80 kg: 10.00 BGN;
- Fee for houses, ground floors, or other buildings without an elevator: 20.00 BGN;

Assembly of all sports equipment is RECOMMENDED but not mandatory. Customers should follow the detailed assembly instructions.
The listed prices include VAT and are valid for assembly within the city where the store is located. For assembly outside the city area, terms are agreed individually.
In case of damage resulting from improper assembly or use, the repair costs are paid by the customer.
Sport Depot JSC Service Department
Customer Service Policy and Procedures
Sport Depot Service is a support division of the Sport Depot chain. Service centers are located in more than 10 cities across the country, with the largest facilities in Sofia (Central Service Center), Varna, and Plovdiv.
Services offered by Sport Depot Service include:
- Assembly of equipment offered by the company.
- Free delivery of equipment within the city where a Sport Depot store is located.
- Warranty and post-warranty service for all equipment offered by the company.
- Assembly, disassembly, and relocation of fitness machines.
The policy of Sport Depot and, specifically, the Service Department is to perform deliveries and installations within 3 working days, usually accommodating the customer’s preferred time (within business hours). Warranty and post-warranty services are completed within 7 working days.
All service requests are recorded and assigned a registration number. The Central Service Center in Sofia also includes an Express Service division specializing in:
- Complete or partial ski and snowboard service (binding assembly and adjustment, edge sharpening, polishing, and waxing).
- Bicycle repair.
The goal of this department is to complete customer service requests within 48 hours.
Customer Service Team
Sport Depot Service employs well-trained and specialized technicians in sports and fitness equipment. Each technician undergoes company and technical training at the Central Service base.
Customer Service Questions
Can we visit a customer’s address without them bringing the equipment to the service center?
Yes, technicians can visit the customer’s address to fix an issue.
Can we transport equipment from the customer’s address to the service center for repair?
Yes, we offer a door-to-door service — pick-up, repair, and return to the customer.
Is it mandatory for the Service Department to assemble purchased equipment for the warranty to be valid?
No, assembly by the Service Department is recommended but not mandatory.
Does the customer owe any fees when the equipment is under warranty and has an issue?
No, the customer does not owe any transportation or repair-related costs when the product is under warranty.
