How to submit a product for service

Have the order number or proof of purchase, product model and a brief description of the issue ready.

The team will confirm the drop-off method, estimated turnaround time, transport and applicable prices.

Follow the agreed instructions for courier delivery, service-centre drop-off or an on-site visit.
Delivery and installation prices for fitness equipment
Assembly of fitness equipment is charged according to the product type. For requests outside Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv and Stara Zagora, the customer pays additionally for transport and assembly.

All prices include VAT and apply to orders and requests placed from 8 October 2026. Orders placed before that date retain the old prices, even when the service is performed afterwards.
Weight bands refer to the weight of the equipment. Transport outside a locality without a SPORT DEPOT store is charged at €0.40/km for the distance in both directions.
Carrying to a house is agreed individually with the service team according to the distance, access to the entrance and complexity. For an apartment, carrying by lift is charged only when assembly has not been paid for. If the lift cannot be used, delivery with paid assembly incurs only the stair-carrying charge for each floor. Without paid assembly, both carrying and the stair-carrying charge for each floor apply.
Where can products be submitted for service?
The submission method and location depend on the product type and the required service. Contact the service team before visiting a service centre or sending a product by courier.
- Fitness equipment: prior arrangements must be made with our team; service centres are available in Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora and Burgas.
- Inline and roller skates: accepted by prior arrangement in Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv and Stara Zagora, or sent by courier.
- Bicycles: serviced through partner service centres in Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna.
- Ski and snowboard equipment: drop-off and collection at SPORT DEPOT MEGA STORE in Sofia.
Warranty and required information
All goods sold by SPORT DEPOT come with a standard two-year warranty. For fitness equipment, the warranty can be extended to three years for an additional fee of 10% of the product’s regular price.
For warranty service, the customer is not charged for transport or the work required to resolve the covered issue.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. By prior arrangement, service technicians can visit an address for diagnostics or to resolve an issue.
Yes. A door-to-door service is available: the equipment is collected, serviced and returned after the repair is completed. The terms and applicable prices are agreed in advance.
No. Assembly by the service department is recommended, but it is not a mandatory condition for the warranty to remain valid.
For an accepted warranty claim, the customer is not charged for transport or the work required to resolve the covered issue.

We aim to service fitness equipment within 14 days of receiving the request. For ski and snowboard equipment, the turnaround time is 7 or 14 days, depending on the selected service.
Standard delivery is to the entrance door of the building. The courier is not required to carry the equipment to an upper floor. Carrying to an apartment by lift is charged when assembly has not been paid for. If the lift cannot be used, delivery with paid assembly incurs only the stair-carrying charge for each floor; without paid assembly, both carrying and the stair-carrying charge for each floor apply.
