Delivery of B2B orders
The minimum order value is €150 including VAT at wholesale prices. Transport terms and fulfilment time depend on the value, type and volume of the order and are set out in the table below.
The delivery terms and timeframes set out on this page apply to deliveries within the Republic of Bulgaria. For deliveries outside Bulgaria, the transport method, cost and timeframe are agreed individually with the B2B partner.

When delivery is free
Free delivery is valid only within the Republic of Bulgaria and when the order falls under a row in the table where transport is marked “Covered by SPORT DEPOT”.
- If a product cannot be confirmed and the order value falls below the relevant threshold, replace it with another item to retain free delivery.
- These terms do not apply to exceptions and categories with individually agreed transport.
Exceptions and special conditions
Transport is not automatically covered by SPORT DEPOT for the following products:
- Table tennis tables: transport is paid by the dealer at a fixed price of €30 per table.
- Bicycles, rental ski equipment and bulky orders over 100 kg: transport is agreed separately.
- Installation of fitness equipment purchased by the dealer is paid by the dealer at the rates of the Sofia Central Service Centre.
- Bulky orders and seasonal deliveries are fulfilled according to an individual schedule agreed with the dealer.
How delivery is carried out
Sport Depot SA delivers goods ordered through the B2B store using courier companies.
- Standard deliveries are made by SPEEDY or ECONT.
- Delivery is made to the entrance of the building specified as the delivery address. Delivery to a particular floor must be arranged separately and in advance with the courier.
- SPEEDY and ECONT do not offer an inspection option upon receipt.
- Fitness equipment is delivered by courier; ECONT or Europat is used depending on the specific shipment.
- Table tennis tables, bicycles, weights and other heavy or bulky sports and outdoor equipment are delivered by ECONT.
Receipt, documents and discrepancies
Check the delivery and accompanying documents upon receipt.
- Report delivery discrepancies within 3 working days of receipt to sales@sportdepot.bg. Include the product number and purchase document number.
- Items are delivered in their factory packaging with labels, grouped by model for the order. When this is not possible, each item is packed individually and identified with a product number and barcode.
- Each carton is accompanied by a delivery note, while the invoice is attached to the courier envelope containing the consignment note. When a shipment contains more than one carton, the cartons are numbered, for example 1/4.
- Sport Depot SA reserves the right to change the free-delivery terms for b2b.sportdepot.bg.
