Delivery

1. Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum order amount: BGN 300 including VAT (wholesale prices).
  • Bulk orders and seasonal deliveries are fulfilled according to an individual schedule, coordinated with the dealer.

2. Volume, Transport and Deadlines

Notes

  • *Free delivery does not apply to table tennis tables – transport is at the dealer’s expense and is fixed at BGN 40 per table.
  • Transport must be additionally arranged for: bicycles, rental ski equipment, and bulk orders over 100 kg (weights, bars, dumbbells).
  • If installation of a fitness machine purchased by the dealer is desired – installation is paid by the dealer according to the prices of the Central Service Sofia.
  • Delivery of all fitness machines is carried out via courier service. Fitness equipment deliveries are made with ECONT and Europat.

3. Delivery Execution

SPORT DEPOT SA performs deliveries of orders placed through the B2B store of Sport Depot using courier companies SPEEDY or ECONT.

  • Delivery is made to the entrance door of the building specified as the delivery address.
  • For delivery to a floor – the customer must contact the courier separately and arrange it in advance.

• Courier companies SPEEDY and ECONT do not provide an option to inspect the shipment upon delivery.
• All fitness machines, tennis tables, bicycles, heavy and bulky outdoor and sports equipment are delivered via courier company ECONT.

4. Delivery Fees for Payments

  • For cash on delivery – an additional +1.4% of the order value applies.
  • For online payment – an additional +0.2% of the order value applies.

5. Free Delivery Conditions

  • If the customer has ordered a product whose availability cannot be confirmed but wishes to use free delivery – they must replace it with another item so that the total order value reaches the required threshold.
  • Free delivery conditions apply only within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

6. Receipt, Documents, and Claims

  • Timeframe for reporting discrepancies in the delivery: within 3 business days from receipt of the goods. For this purpose, an email must be sent to [email protected] – including the item number and the purchase document number.
  • All items for dealers are delivered in factory packaging, with labels allocated to the order by model. If not possible, each item is packed individually with the item number and barcode indicated.
  • All boxes must be accompanied by a delivery note; invoices are properly attached to the courier company’s envelope with the waybill. If there is more than one box – all boxes are numbered (1/4, etc.).
