Art. 1. Scope of the policy
(1) This policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on the B2B platform b2b.sportdepot.bg. The personal data controller is Sport Depot SA, UIC 175399518.
(2) This policy applies to the b2b.sportdepot.bg domain.
(3) Information about the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy of b2b.sportdepot.bg. For questions, please email dpo@sportdepot.bg.
Art. 2. Cookies and similar technologies
(1) Cookies are small files that the website, or a service used by it, stores on or reads from your device.
(2) Similar technologies may include:
1. local storage;
2. pixels;
3. tags;
4. identifiers;
5. other technologies listed in the dynamic cookie declaration.
(3) The technologies under paragraphs 1 and 2 may support the session and security, remember settings or—only where applicable and permitted—measure use of the website and the effectiveness of communications and advertising.
Art. 3. Categories of technologies
(1) The dynamic cookie declaration organises technologies into the following categories:
1. Necessary;
2. Preferences;
3. Statistics;
4. Marketing;
5. Unclassified.
(2) Necessary technologies support the core functions of the B2B platform, such as navigation, sign-in and session security. Consent is not required where they are strictly necessary to provide the requested service.
(3) Technologies in the Preferences, Statistics and Marketing categories are used only after the corresponding selection is made in the cookie panel, where applicable law requires consent.
(4) The Unclassified section contains technologies for which a final category or purpose has not yet been determined. They are reviewed and categorised. Where they are not strictly necessary, their use requires the relevant selection or consent according to their assigned purpose.
Art. 4. Necessary technologies
(1) Necessary technologies support:
1. sign-in to the company account;
2. maintaining and protecting the session;
3. platform security;
4. remembering cookie choices;
5. other core functions without which the requested service cannot be provided.
(2) If you block necessary technologies through your browser, sign-in and other core functions may not work correctly.
(3) For each necessary technology, the dynamic declaration specifies its name, provider, purpose, maximum storage period and type.
Art. 5. Dynamic cookie declaration
(1) The current detailed list of technologies in use appears in the dynamic declaration displayed on this page.
(2) The declaration may include:
1. cookies stored by the browser;
2. browser local storage;
3. measurement pixels;
4. other technologies listed in the declaration.
(3) Some technologies are provided by third parties. Where applicable, the provider and a link to its policy are listed in the declaration.
(4) For each entry, the declaration provides information about:
1. name;
2. provider;
3. purpose;
4. maximum storage period;
5. type of technology.
(5) Specific technologies, providers, purposes and retention periods are not duplicated in the static text of this policy, so that the current information in the declaration is used.
Art. 6. Managing and withdrawing consent
(1) Through the cookie panel, you can:
1. choose which optional categories to allow;
2. reject optional categories;
3. change or withdraw your choice later through the consent-change link in the declaration on this page.
(2) Necessary technologies cannot be disabled through the consent panel where they are required for the website’s core operation.
(3) The declaration shows your current choice, as well as the date and identifier of the consent.
(4) Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Art. 7. Browser settings and third-party providers
(1) Cookies can be deleted and blocked through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in, the session or other core functions from working correctly.
(2) Where a third-party provider is used, its policy gives additional information about processing by that provider.
(3) Use the website’s cookie panel to manage consent. Browser settings can also be used to delete or block technologies that have already been stored.
Art. 8. Contact and updates
(1) For questions about cookies and personal data, please email dpo@sportdepot.bg.
(2) If the technologies in use or this policy change, updated information will be published on this page.
(3) The current list of technologies and the date on which the declaration was last updated are shown in the dynamic cookie declaration.
(4) You may contact us with questions about:
1. specific technologies in the declaration;
2. their categories and purposes;
3. retention periods;
4. third-party providers;
5. processing of personal data in connection with cookies;
6. changing or withdrawing consent.
