Inside the traditional 32-section construction, the composition of the multi-layer panels (MJ0001 textured outer coating, 2 mm low-density polyurethane foam, 2 layers of polyester canvas, 3 mm high-density foam) guarantees softness and elasticity; their assembly, designed to preserve their shape and ensure maximum waterproofing, is achieved thanks to the use of a dual process, i.e. by means of both machine stitching and heat-sealing.
To complete the construction, the core of the ball contains a high-quality Taiwanese butyl inner tube wrapped in polyester filaments.
